Device Description

Assembly

Before performing any maintenance or changing accessories, remove the battery. To mount grinding tools:

  • Clean the grinding spindle (9).
  • Push the spindle lock (8) forward to release the collet (16).
  • Loosen the clamping nut (10) using the open-ended spanner (14).
  • Insert the backing pad (11) shank into the collet (16) until it stops.
  • Tighten the clamping nut (10) clockwise with the spanner.
  • Mount the disc (12) onto the backing pad (11).
  • Push the spindle lock (8) back to its original position.

Ensure the tool is clamped at least 10 mm deep.

Operation

To start the tool, push the unlocking lever (6) forward and press the on/off switch (7) upward. Release the switch to stop. Use the speed preselection buttons (3) to adjust speed (5000–15000 min-1). The LED indicator (2) shows speed settings and battery status.

Safety

Always wear personal protective equipment, including eye protection. Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped. Do not use the tool for wire brushing, polishing, or cutting-off. Avoid dust accumulation at the workplace, as it can be flammable.

Common problems

Tool stops or speed reduces during use

The tool is overloaded or the battery temperature is out of range. Switch off, let the battery cool down, and reduce the load.
