This Campingaz Bivouac cartridge cooker is designed for outdoor use. Always operate in well-ventilated areas and keep away from flammable materials. Use only Campingaz CV270 PLUS, CV300 PLUS, or CV470 PLUS cartridges.

Assembly

Before use, you must assemble the feet:

  1. Hold the appliance in one hand.
  2. Push one foot (1) into a support (2) until it locks. Ensure the button (3) faces outwards.
  3. Repeat for the other three feet.

Installing the gas cartridge

Always perform this in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors, away from flames or heat sources.

  1. Ensure the gas control valve (4) is fully closed by turning it clockwise (arrow direction "-").
  2. Hold the burner and gently screw the cartridge (5) clockwise until you hear a click (about 1/6 of a turn). Do not overtighten.

Operation

Lighting: Turn the control knob (4) counter-clockwise to open the gas, then immediately press the knob (4) to ignite. Repeat if necessary.

Cooking: Place the pan on the supports, centered over the burner. Adjust the gas flow so flames do not extend beyond the pan.

Extinguishing: Turn the knob (4) fully clockwise to the "-" position.

Safety and Maintenance

Safety: Never use in caravans, vehicles, tents, or small enclosed spaces. Keep at least 20 cm away from walls or combustible objects. Do not move the appliance while in use.

Storage: Allow the appliance to cool completely before removing the cartridge and feet. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting: If the injector is clogged, do not attempt to clean it yourself; return the appliance to your retailer.
