Operating instructions
To start the hovercraft, turn on the boat using the ON/OFF switch located on the top of the hull. Then, turn on the transmitter. The hovercraft and transmitter will be auto-coded. Use the transmitter controls to navigate forward, backward, and left/right.
Battery installation and charging
Remote Controller: Unscrew the battery cover at the bottom of the transmitter and install 2pcs of 1.5V AA batteries (not included). Ensure correct polarity and do not mix new and old batteries.
Hovercraft Battery:
- Join the connector of the battery pack to the charger.
- Plug the charger into an electrical outlet.
- Recharge for approximately 4 hours.
- Allow the motor to cool down before connecting a new battery.
- Unplug from the outlet after charging is complete.
Cleaning and maintenance
If the vehicle is not used for a long period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage. Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe the product. Keep the unit away from heat sources or fire. Ensure the motor and rotating parts are free of dirt and debris.
Troubleshooting
If the hovercraft does not function correctly, check the following:
- Speed control servo does not operate: Ensure the transmitter and receiver are switched on, batteries are fresh, and the radio installation is correct.
- Motor does not rotate: Recharge the lithium battery, check for loose connectors, or replace the motor if necessary.
- Motor rotates but boat does not run: Check if the joint is installed correctly or if screws are loose.
- Mechanical resistance: If the propeller feels heavy or does not rotate, clean the rotating parts of any dirt.
