The Cuisinart 15-in-1 Extra-Large Digital Air Fryer Oven is a high-performance appliance designed to handle a wide variety of cooking tasks. The unit includes multiple accessories such as an oven rack, air fryer basket, baking/drip pan, a 9"x13" 2-in-1 pan, and a reversible grill/griddle plate.

Getting Started

Before first use, ensure the oven is placed on a flat, level surface with 2 to 4 inches of clearance from walls or other objects. Wash all accessories in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Slide the crumb tray into the bottom of the oven cavity. Plug the unit into a functional electrical outlet to begin.

Operation

To operate the oven, press the On/Off/Wake button. Use the Function button to select from 10 cooking modes, including Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Dehydrate, Pizza, Toast, Broil, Warm, Grill, and Low. Adjust time and temperature using the dedicated control buttons. For precise results, use the IntelliTemp Precision Temperature Probe by inserting it into the thickest part of the food and plugging it into the port on the upper right side of the door frame.

Safety Precautions

• Always unplug the unit when not in use and before cleaning.
• Do not touch hot surfaces; use handles and knobs.
• Never leave the oven unattended during use.
• Do not operate under wall cabinets or store items on top of the unit.
• Do not use metal scouring pads for cleaning.
• Keep the unit out of reach of children.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Always allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth. Interior walls can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap solution. Hand-wash all accessories in hot, sudsy water. The grill/griddle plate and 2-in-1 pan are dishwasher safe (top rack). Regularly clean the top of the oven interior to remove grease buildup.

Troubleshooting

If the unit fails to turn on, ensure it is plugged into a functional outlet and the door is closed. If food is not cooking evenly, ensure it is spread in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Condensation is normal when cooking foods with high water content.
