Getting Started

Before your first use, it is recommended to flush the system by running a brew cycle with water only, without coffee grounds. To prepare the machine, insert the charcoal water filter into the reservoir after soaking it in cold water for 15 minutes. Fill the reservoir with fresh water, place a #4 paper filter or the included permanent filter in the basket, and add ground coffee according to your taste preferences.

Programming and Operation

The control panel allows for easy customization of your brewing experience. Use the function knob to set the clock, program the auto-on time, or set the auto-off duration (up to 4 hours). You can select between regular or bold flavor strengths and use the 1-4 cup setting for smaller batches to ensure optimal extraction. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential for the longevity of your coffeemaker. The filter basket and carafe are dishwasher safe (top rack). To decalcify, run a cycle using a mixture of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 water, followed by a cycle of fresh water to rinse the system.
