Known Issues and Firmware Management

• Web Portal Performance: The web portal may cause the router to be too busy to respond quickly.
• Firewall Settings: Firewall rules can restrict or drop inbound WAN traffic, including VPN requests, remote management, and NAT loopback traffic. It is recommended to review firewall settings before upgrading.
• Firmware Downgrading: Downgrading firmware via the standard "Firmware Upgrade" menu may cause configuration compatibility errors, causing functions to revert to default settings. To avoid this, use the following path: System Maintenance >> Configuration Export >> Restore Firmware with config. Always backup your configuration file before upgrading or downgrading firmware.
