This guide provides essential instructions for operating your 17LY86BK Wireless Sport Earbuds. Before first use, ensure you remove the insulating film from the earbuds and place them in the charging case to activate them. The earbuds support automatic TWS pairing and reconnect to the last paired device when the case is opened.

Powering on/off

Automatic: Open the charging case to power on the earbuds automatically. Place them back in the case and close the lid to power them off.

Manual: Press and hold the MFB button for 3 seconds to power on. Press and hold for 5 seconds to power off.

Bluetooth pairing

Open the charging case without pressing any buttons. The earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically, indicated by the right earbud LED flashing Red and Blue alternately. Search for "TWS EARBUDS" on your device to connect. The LED will turn solid Blue once connected.

If you wish to pair with a new device, disconnect the Bluetooth connection on your currently paired device.

  • Play/Pause: Single click either earbud.
  • Next song: Press and hold the right earbud.
  • Previous song: Press and hold the left earbud.
  • Volume +: Single click the right earbud.
  • Volume -: Single click the left earbud.
  • Voice Assistant: Double-click either earbud.

Phone Calls:

  • Answer/Hang up: Single click either earbud.
  • Reject call: Press and hold either earbud for 1 second.

Charging

Place the earbuds into the charging case. The case LED will remain lit while charging until the earbuds are full. To charge the case itself, connect the USB cable. Four blue LEDs on the case will flash in turn while charging and remain solid when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, check the following:

  • Cannot power on: Battery may be drained; charge for 30 minutes.
  • Disconnected: Ensure the earbuds are within the 10m communication range.
  • No sound: Check volume levels on both the earbuds and your phone; ensure they are connected.
  • Cannot find Bluetooth: Ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode (Red/Blue LED flashing). Delete the old pairing list from your phone and try again.
  • Cannot charge: Ensure the charging cable is connected properly and the charging case lid is closed.
