To start frying:
- Plug the device into a grounded outlet.
- Select the desired temperature by turning the thermostat dial clockwise. The red heat lamp will turn on.
- Wait for the oil to heat up; the red light will turn off when the target temperature is reached.
- Carefully lower the food into the oil.
- After frying, lift the basket and let the excess oil drain.
- Once finished, turn the selector to the OFF position and unplug the device.
Warning: If frying a large amount of food, the oil temperature will drop. It is recommended to fry in small quantities, especially when using frozen pre-fried products.
