This charcoal barbecue is designed for outdoor use only. Before starting, ensure you have all the components listed in the manual. The barbecue must be installed on a horizontal and stable surface. Always keep children and pets away from the barbecue during operation. Do not use flammable liquids like alcohol or petrol for lighting or re-lighting; use only firelighters complying with EN 1860-3.
Assembly
Before beginning assembly, ensure you have plenty of space and that the area is clean. Check that all holes are clean and free of paint residue. Refer to the assembly diagrams provided in the manual to correctly position the bowl, cooking grids, and lid. Use protective gloves during the assembly process.


Usage instructions
Follow these steps for safe operation:
- Ensure the barbecue is on a stable, horizontal surface.
- The barbecue must be hot and the charcoal must remain lit for at least 30 minutes before beginning to cook.
- Wait until a layer of ash covers the charcoal before placing food on the grill.
- Do not move the barbecue while it is in operation as it becomes very hot.
- Use potholders, gloves, or utensils to adjust or move parts like the air control lid or handle.
Safety precautions
Danger: Do not use the barbecue in confined or habitable spaces such as houses, tents, caravans, motor homes, or boats due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
- Keep children and pets away from the barbecue.
- Do not use alcohol, petrol, or other flammable liquids to light or rekindle the fire.
- Regularly clean the cooking grills to avoid the ingestion of benzopyrene (a decomposition product from carcinogenic fats).
- Keep the barbecue as far as possible from heat sources or opt for an upright cooking model if necessary.
