Safety Information

The polisher must only be used as intended and in perfect working order. Immediately repair any faults that impair safety.

Operation

Before initial use, unpack the polisher and check for completeness. Batteries are not fully charged upon delivery; charge them fully before first use. The auxiliary handle can be attached for better handling. To insert or replace the battery, press it into the tool until it clicks. To remove, press the release button. Check the battery charge state by pressing the button on the battery indicator.

Attaching Tools

Remove the battery before performing any work on the tool. Press and hold the spindle lock, then screw the tool holder (Velcro plate) clockwise onto the spindle and tighten by hand. Secure the tool to the holder. Run the polisher for approximately 30 seconds to check for imbalances or vibrations.

Maintenance and Care

Regularly clean the tool and the grille in front of the vent slots. Blow out the housing interior and motor with dry compressed air. Regularly clean the filter cover. Repairs must only be carried out by an authorized customer service center. Do not completely remove the handle cover during the warranty period.

Troubleshooting

If the charger display flashes, there is a fault in the battery or charger. If the display flashes slowly with orange backlighting, the battery is too hot or too cold. If it flashes rapidly with red backlighting, the battery is faulty. If the error persists with a different battery, the charger may be faulty.

Disposal

Do not dispose of power tools in household waste. In accordance with European Directive 2012/19/EU, used power tools must be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner. Batteries must also be recycled according to Directive 2006/66/EC.
