Quick guide from the manual
This document provides essential instructions for the installation and maintenance of the Flomasta steel panel radiator. Ensure all components are present before starting. The radiator must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with relevant standards. It is designed for closed central heating systems; using it in systems with oxygenated water or centralized heating may void the warranty.
Safety
- Keep children and vulnerable persons away from the radiator during and after installation.
- Do not hang heavy objects on the radiator or lean against it.
- Do not cover the radiator, as this reduces heating efficiency and poses a fire risk.
- Ensure the system is isolated before starting any work.
- Use appropriate PPE during installation.
Installation
The radiator is supplied with brackets. Ensure it is mounted on solid walls; for hollow walls, use appropriate fixings. Follow the dimensioned sketches to drill holes at the correct positions. Use a spirit level to ensure the brackets are aligned correctly before securing them to the wall. Once mounted, attach the radiator to the brackets and install the radiator valve and bleed valve.

First use
To put the radiator into operation, open the radiator valve and ensure the central heating system is running. If the radiator does not heat up, bleed the air from the system using the bleed valve until water flows out.
Care and Maintenance
Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Never use solvents, scourers, abrasives, bleach, acids, or strong detergents. When disposing of the radiator, take it to a metal recycling center.
Technical Data
- Maximum operating pressure: 10 Bars.
- Maximum operating temperature: 120°C.
- Compliance: EN 442.

Common problems
Ensure the central heating system is operating and bleed the air from the radiator using the bleed valve.
Before use
- Verify all parts are present and undamaged.
- Ensure the wall is solid or use appropriate fixings for hollow walls.
- Check for pipes and wires before drilling.
- Ensure the central heating system is isolated.
- Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, mask).
Specs in practice
- Max Operating Pressure
- 10 Bars - do not exceed this pressure to prevent damage.
- Max Operating Temperature
- 120°C - do not exceed this temperature.

Model compatibility
- Not suitable for centralized heating systems.
- Must be used in systems with a chemical inhibitor added to prevent corrosion.
- Not suitable for direct central heating systems (e.g., kitchen/bathroom taps).
