Quick guide from the manual
This document provides essential instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Flomasta steel panel radiator. Before starting, ensure all parts are present and the wall is suitable for mounting. The radiator must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with relevant standards.
Product description
The radiator is manufactured under quality management systems approved by EN ISO 9001 and environmental management systems approved by EN ISO 14001. It complies with EN 442 standards. Maximum operating pressure is 10 bars, and the maximum operating temperature is 120°C.
Safety
- Keep children away from the appliance.
- Do not use in outdoor areas or centralized heating systems where the product may be damaged by corrosion.
- The surface can reach high temperatures; use caution.
- Do not hang heavy objects on the radiator or cover it, as this restricts air circulation and reduces efficiency.
- Ensure the central heating system is isolated before starting any work.
Assembly

- Identify the required tools: drill with 8mm bit, spirit level, wrench, pencil, PTFE tape, and protective gear.
- Mark the wall positions for the brackets based on the radiator dimensions.
- Drill holes (60mm deep) and insert the provided wall plugs.
- Secure the brackets to the wall using the provided screws.
- Mount the radiator onto the brackets.
- Install the radiator valve and bleed plug.
First use and operation
To put the radiator into use, open the radiator valve and ensure the central heating system is operating. If the radiator does not warm up, bleed the air from the system using a bleed key or screwdriver until water flows out.
Care and Maintenance
Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Never use solvents, scourers, abrasives, bleach, acids, or strong detergents. When disposing of the radiator, take it to a metal recycling center.
