Operation and Maintenance

After use, clean the cutter housing by passing pieces of bread through it. The cutting unit and grinding discs should be lightly coated with oil or fat to prevent rusting.

Safety System

The appliance features a non-resettable, current-sensitive glass fuse that cuts power in case of motor failure to prevent overheating. If the unit stops suddenly, unplug it, let it cool for 60 minutes, then reset it using the circuit breaker button located on the bottom of the device.

Disposal
