Warranty terms and labour compensation

Haneco Lighting Australia warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years, unless otherwise stated. In the event of a failure due to a manufacturing defect, Haneco will provide a replacement product.

Labour compensation terms:

  • Applicable only for failures reported within the first 12 months from purchase.
  • Requests must be placed with the initial warranty claim.
