Operation

Switch Operation: The tool rotates when the trigger is depressed and stops when released. A stopper can be used to lock the trigger in the ON position for continuous operation.

Speed Adjustment: The rotation speed can be pre-selected using the speed control dial. A gear shift dial allows switching between low (1) and high (2) speed ranges. Ensure the machine is at a complete stop before changing gears.

Mounting the Stirrer Paddle: Ensure the switch is in the OFF position and the power is disconnected. Screw the paddle onto the spindle and tighten securely using two wrenches.

Maintenance and Inspection

• Storage: Store in a dry location with the motor part facing upwards.
• Cleaning: Avoid letting water or liquid enter the motor part during cleaning.
• Carbon Brushes: These are consumable parts. Inspect regularly and replace with genuine Hitachi brushes when worn.
• Service: All repairs and modifications must be performed by an authorized Hitachi Service Center.
