This document provides essential instructions for the safe operation and maintenance of the HOMCOM 00-001V70 fog machine. Always ensure the machine is used in a well-ventilated, indoor environment and never operate it without sufficient fog fluid to prevent pump damage.
How to use
- Fill the water tank with fog fluid (not included). Ensure the metal liquid nozzle is fully immersed in the fluid.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
- Turn on the machine and allow it to preheat for 2-3 minutes. A red light on the wireless receiver indicates it is ready to spray.
- Press the button on the remote or the receiver to start spraying. The machine will spray continuously for about 20 seconds, then stop to reheat.
- To stop spraying manually, press the button on the remote.
Safety and precautions
- Danger of burns: The fog nozzle becomes extremely hot (up to 600°F). Keep flammable items at least 3 feet away.
- Danger of explosion: Never add flammable liquids (gas, oil, alcohol, perfumes) to the tank. Use only approved fog fluid.
- Electrical safety: The machine is not waterproof. If liquid enters the machine, unplug it immediately and contact a service center.
- Overheat protection: The machine has a 5-minute automatic power-off protection if it overheats. It will restart after cooling down.
Maintenance
- After about one month of use, clean the system by adding a mixture of 20% distilled water and 80% vinegar to the tank and running it for 10-30 minutes.
- Always allow the machine to cool down before cleaning or maintenance.
- Store the machine in a dry place after cleaning with a dry cloth.

Common problems
Machine does not spray or operates abnormally
Check if the metal nozzle is fully immersed in fluid. If it still fails, unplug, drain the tank, and contact a qualified electrician or service center.
Machine stops spraying suddenly
The machine has an automatic 5-minute power-off protection for overheating. It will resume operation once cooled.
Before use
- Ensure the water tank is full of fog fluid.
- Verify the metal liquid nozzle is completely submerged in the fluid.
- Check that the power cord is connected to a 3-prong grounded outlet.
- Ensure the machine is placed on a flat, stable surface.
- Confirm the area is well-ventilated and free of flammable materials.
