  1. Place the juice collector into the appliance.
  2. Place the pulp container by tilting it forwards slightly.
  3. Put the filter in the juice collector.
  4. Hold the lid over the filter and lower it into position.
  5. Snap the two clamps onto the lid to lock it into place (you should hear a 'click').
  6. Wash fruit/vegetables and cut them into pieces that fit the feeding tube.
  7. Place a jug under the spout.
  8. Turn the control knob to setting 1 (low speed) or 2 (normal speed).
  9. Put pre-cut pieces into the feeding tube and press down gently with the pusher.
  10. After processing, switch off the appliance and wait until the filter stops rotating.

Tips for Juicing

  • Suitable ingredients: Fresh fruits and vegetables like pineapples, beetroots, celery, apples, cucumbers, carrots, spinach, melons, tomatoes, pomegranates, oranges, and grapes.
  • Preparation: Remove thick peels (e.g., oranges, pineapples, uncooked beetroots) and the white pith of citrus fruits.
  • Unsuitable ingredients: Fruits containing starch (bananas, papayas, avocados, figs, mangoes) and very hard/fibrous items like sugar cane.
  • Oxidation: Apple juice turns brown quickly; add a few drops of lemon juice to slow this process.
  • Efficiency: Press the pusher down slowly to extract the maximum amount of juice.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean the appliance immediately after use:

  2. Remove the pulp container and pusher, open the clamps, and remove the lid.
  3. Remove the juice collector together with the filter.
  4. Clean these parts by hand in warm water with washing liquid and rinse under the tap.
  5. Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth.
