This document provides essential instructions for the safe assembly, installation, and operation of the VEVOR Wheel Chock Tie-Down Kit. Ratchet Operation
To tighten:
- From the bottom, thread the webbing through the slot in the center of the closed ratchet spool.
- Pull the webbing through to remove all slack.
- Start ratcheting by raising and lowering the handle.
- Finish with the handle in the lowered position.
To release:
- Pull and hold the release tab to override the ratcheting function.
- Open the ratchet until it is completely flat.
- Gently pull the webbing out of the ratchet.
- Pull and hold the release tab to close the ratchet.

Webbing will not tighten
Ensure the webbing is threaded correctly through the center slot of the spool and that the ratchet mechanism is not obstructed.
Ratchet will not release
Ensure the release tab is pulled and held firmly to override the locking mechanism before opening the ratchet flat.
