This document provides essential instructions for the safe operation and maintenance of the SilverCrest 10,000mAh Power Bank (SPPD 10000 A2). The power bank is designed to charge mobile devices via USB. Always ensure the power bank is fully charged before first use and follow all safety warnings to prevent damage or injury.

Charging the power bank
Use a power supply with an output voltage of 5V and at least 3A. Do not charge the power bank from a PC or notebook. Connect the USB cable to the power bank's USB type C port and a suitable power supply. The LED indicator shows the charge level (0-100%).
Charging mobile devices
You can charge up to three devices simultaneously. If all outputs are used, the total output current must not exceed 3A. Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB outputs. Charging starts automatically; if not, press the ON/OFF button briefly.
Safety and maintenance
Do not expose the device to extreme heat, direct sunlight, or moisture. Never open the casing. Clean only with a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent. If not in use for a long period, charge the battery regularly to maintain its lifespan.
Troubleshooting
- Power bank not charging: Check connections and ensure the power supply meets the 5V/3A requirement.
- Device not charging: Ensure the device is properly connected and the power bank is switched on. Check if the device's power consumption is compatible (minimum output current is approx. 60mA).
- No reaction: If the power bank does not respond, the internal overcurrent protection may have been triggered. Reduce the number of connected devices and press the ON/OFF button.

Power bank is not being charged.
Ensure the power bank is connected properly and use a power supply with 5V and at least 3A.
Connected device is not being charged.
Check the connection, press the ON/OFF button to start, and ensure the device's power consumption is above 60mA.
Power bank does not react to button press.
The internal overcurrent protection may be active. Reduce the number of connected devices and press the ON/OFF button.

- Remove all packaging materials.
- Check the package contents for any damage.
- Fully charge the internal battery before first use.
- Ensure the power supply used for charging provides 5V and at least 3A.
