Quick Start Guide
The Vaporesso XROS 2 is a refillable pod system. To begin, ensure the device is charged. Fill the pod with e-liquid, wait 5 minutes for the coil to saturate, and then inhale or press the power button to vape.
Product Overview
The device consists of a battery unit and a replaceable pod. Key components include the drip tip, filling hole, power button, airflow toggle on the back, LED indicator, and a Type-C USB port.
Getting Started
Replacing the POD: Pull the used pod out of the device and insert a new one firmly.
Filling the E-liquid:
- Snap off the drip tip from the pod.
- Insert the e-liquid bottle tip into the filling slot.
- Squeeze the e-liquid into the slot.
- Reinstall the drip tip and ensure it is shut firmly.
- Wait 5 minutes for the e-liquid to soak into the coil completely.
Operation
Airflow Adjustment: Use the airflow control toggle on the back of the device to adjust the airflow according to your preference.
Power On/Off: Click the power button 5 times within 2 seconds to turn the device on or off.
Vaping: Inhale directly or press the power button to vape.
Charging
Connect the Type-C cable to the device. The LED indicator will flash from 1 to 4. Once fully charged, all indicators will remain on.
Safety Protections
The device includes several safety features indicated by the LED:
- Low Resistance/Short-circuit: All LED indicators flash 5 times.
- No Load/High Resistance/Auto-Shutoff: Current power level LED breathes 3 times.
- Low Voltage/Over-discharge: All LED indicators flash 3 times.
- Overcharge: Charging stops automatically.

Device not firing
Ensure the pod is inserted correctly. Check if the device is powered on (5 clicks). If the LED flashes, check the protection table for errors like short-circuit or no load.
LED flashes 5 times
The device has detected a low resistance or short circuit. Check the pod connection or replace the pod.
LED flashes 3 times
The device has detected low voltage, no load (atomizer not detected), or auto-shutoff protection (vaping for over 5 seconds).
Before use
- Charge the device using a standard USB-C charger.
- Fill the pod with compatible e-liquid.
- Wait 5 minutes after filling to allow the coil to saturate.
- Adjust the airflow toggle on the back to your preference.
- Ensure the device is powered on (5 clicks).
