This document provides installation instructions for the VEVOR Pop-Up Drain Assembly (models LBTMB3800 and LBTBNA3800). It covers the assembly components, step-by-step mounting procedure, and guidance on choosing the correct drain type for your sink.
Device description
The assembly consists of a bouncing basket, thin gasket, thin silica-gel gasket, drain body, thick silica-gel gasket, and an extended nut. It is designed for use with 1-1/4 inch traps.

Installation guide

- Place the thin silica-gel gasket into the sink drain hole.
- Insert the drain body with the thin gasket attached into the sink hole.
- Ensure the drain body fits the wash basin hole closely.
- From underneath the sink, place the thick silica-gel gasket onto the drain body (ensure it is not placed reversely).
- Screw the extended nut onto the drain body to secure it.
- Insert the sewer pipe directly into the drain assembly.
- Place the bouncing basket into the drain.
- Finish the mounting by testing the pop-up mechanism.
How to choose the drain correctly
Before installation, verify if your sink has an overflow hole. Choose the appropriate drain model based on whether your basin requires an overflow or no-overflow configuration.

Maintenance
- Regularly clean and sanitize the filter basket.
- Clean the sink hole and ensure all debris is removed.
- Avoid using plumber's putty; the top seal is designed to be leak-free.
- Silicone and plumbing tape can be used for additional sealing requirements.
