This document provides essential instructions for setting up and safely using your Xiaomi 12T smartphone. To turn on the device, press and hold the power button. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial configuration.

Device Overview

The device features volume buttons and a power button on the side, with a USB Type-C port located at the bottom. The device supports dual Nano-SIM cards.

SIM Card Setup

• The device supports dual SIM cards with no carrier restrictions.
• Both slots support Nano-SIM cards.
• Dual SIM 5G/4G/3G/2G and VoLTE are supported.
• Do not insert non-standard SIM cards, as this may damage the SIM card slot.

Safety Information

• Operating Temperature: Use the device within the 0°C to 40°C range.
• Battery Safety: Do not attempt to replace the built-in battery yourself. Use only authorized cables and power adapters. Do not charge for more than 12 hours.
• Handling: Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or burn the battery or the device. If the battery appears deformed or damaged, stop using it immediately.
• Environment: Keep the device dry. Do not use it in high-humidity areas like bathrooms.
• Medical Interference: Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm between the phone and pacemakers. Consult a doctor if you use medical devices.

Maintenance and Support

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself. If it malfunctions, contact Mi customer support or visit an authorized repair center. Always keep your operating system updated using the built-in software update feature.

Regulatory Information

The device complies with EU and UK regulations regarding radio equipment and SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) limits. For body-worn operation, maintain a separation distance of at least 5 mm from the body. Use accessories that do not contain metal components for body-worn use.
