Getting Started

SIM Card Handling

Use only standard SIM cards. Inserting non-standard cards may damage the SIM slot. Do not attempt to disassemble the device yourself.

Safety Information

Read all safety information before using your device to prevent fire, explosion, or other hazards:

• Use only authorized cables, power adapters, and batteries.
• The operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C.
• Do not attempt to replace the built-in battery yourself.
• Keep the device dry and avoid exposure to high humidity or extreme temperatures.
• Do not use the device in restricted areas such as gas stations, near explosives, or in hospital environments where it may interfere with medical equipment.
• Maintain a distance of at least 15 cm from pacemakers.

Charging and Maintenance

Charge the device using the provided cable and a compatible power adapter. The device supports up to 67W Xiaomi HyperCharge. After charging, disconnect the adapter from both the device and the power outlet. Do not charge for more than 12 hours. To maintain the device, keep it clean using a soft, dry cloth and avoid exposure to magnetic fields or harsh environments.

Troubleshooting and Support

If the device is not functioning correctly, do not attempt repairs yourself. Contact Xiaomi customer support or visit an authorized service center. For software issues, use the built-in update feature. In case of emergencies, note that cellular connections cannot be guaranteed under all conditions; do not rely solely on your phone for critical communication.
