Extended 24-month warranty
Xiaomi guarantees the product against material and manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of the first purchase. If a defect is found, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement in accordance with the standard smartphone warranty policy.
Free screen replacement
Users who purchased the product between October 3, 2025, and October 3, 2026, are eligible for a one-time free screen replacement within the first 6 months of purchase. This applies to accidental damage, such as dropping the phone.
Out-of-warranty repair
Within 12 months of purchase, you are entitled to one out-of-warranty repair where the labor cost is covered by Xiaomi. You are responsible for the cost of spare parts and logistics.
Important exclusions
VIP services do not apply in the following cases:
- The serial number or IMEI is damaged, removed, or altered.
- The product is counterfeit.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-original parts.
