Safety Information

- Operation: Never leave the heater unattended. Unplug when not in use or during cleaning.
Assembly Instructions
The assembly involves connecting the front panels, walls, base, and top mantel. Key steps include:
- Aligning panels (D, E) with opening plates (F) and walls (C) using long bolts (AA) and washers (BB).
- Securing the assembly to the base (L) with wooden dowels (CC) and bolts.
- Installing the fireplace glass front (K), grate (N), and fire log (M).
- Optional corner assembly is available using the L-corner support rod (Q) and corner panel (B).
- Use the pre-assembled levelers on the base to ensure the unit is stable.
Operating Instructions
The fireplace can be controlled via the built-in control panel or the included remote control. Remove the plastic tab from the remote before first use.
- Power: Turns the unit ON/OFF. A 40-second cool-down cycle occurs after turning off.
- Flame Brightness: Adjustable through 5 levels or OFF.
- Flame Speed: Adjustable through 5 levels.
- Heater: Adjustable thermostat (65°F to 90°F). Can be set to 'HI' for continuous heat or 'OF' to run flame effects without heat.
- Sleep Timer: Available on remote only, ranging from 30 minutes to 9 hours.
- Heater Override: A safety feature to disable the heater (prevents accidental activation). Set by holding the Power button for 20 seconds while the heater display flashes.
Care and Maintenance
Ensure the unit is OFF, unplugged, and cool before cleaning. Use a soft, water-dampened cloth for metal trim; avoid household cleaners. Periodically vacuum air vents to remove dust. Use the included touch-up pen (DD) for wood scratches, stroking in the direction of the grain.
Troubleshooting
- E1/E2 Errors: Overheat or thermostat sensor issues. Unplug for 15-20 minutes to reset.
- E3 Error: Heater override is engaged.
- No Power: Check outlet connection and ensure the unit is powered on.
- Remote Issues: Replace the CR2025 battery or move closer to the unit (within 20 feet).

Error E1 or E2 on control panel
Unplug the unit, wait 15-20 minutes for the sensor to reset, then plug back in.
Heater does not turn on (E3 error)
The heater override function is engaged. Follow the instructions on page 16 to re-engage.
Remote control not working
Replace the CR2025 battery or ensure you are within 20 feet and at an angle of 45 degrees or less.
No flame effect
Ensure the flame brightness is set to a level other than OFF and the USB cable is connected behind the fireplace grate.
