- Installing the fireplace glass front (K), grate (N), and fire log (M).
- Optional corner assembly is available using the L-corner support rod (Q) and corner panel (B).
- Use the pre-assembled levelers on the base to ensure the unit is stable.
Operating Instructions
The fireplace can be controlled via the built-in control panel or the included remote control. Remove the plastic tab from the remote before first use.
- Power: Turns the unit ON/OFF. A 40-second cool-down cycle occurs after turning off.
- Flame Brightness: Adjustable through 5 levels or OFF.
- Flame Speed: Adjustable through 5 levels.
- Heater: Adjustable thermostat (65°F to 90°F). Can be set to 'HI' for continuous heat or 'OF' to run flame effects without heat.
- Sleep Timer: Available on remote only, ranging from 30 minutes to 9 hours.
- Heater Override: A safety feature to disable the heater (prevents accidental activation). Set by holding the Power button for 20 seconds while the heater display flashes.
Care and Maintenance
Ensure the unit is OFF, unplugged, and cool before cleaning. Use a soft, water-dampened cloth for metal trim; avoid household cleaners. Periodically vacuum air vents to remove dust. Use the included touch-up pen (DD) for wood scratches, stroking in the direction of the grain.

- E3 Error: Heater override is engaged.
