Operation

Charging the power bank

Connect the attached Type-C cable to a USB-C power adapter (not included). Alternatively, you can use a separate USB-C charging cable connected to the Type-C port on the power bank.

Charging a smartphone

Connect your smartphone to either the integrated Type-C or Lightning cable. You can charge two phones simultaneously using these cables.

Charging a device wirelessly

Press the power button once to turn on the power bank; the display will light up and wireless charging mode will activate. Place your MagSafe-compatible phone or watch over the icon on the power bank. It will snap into place and begin charging. If charging does not start, press the power button again.

Simultaneous Charging

You can charge up to 3 devices (wireless, Type-C, and Lightning) at the same time, even while the power bank is being charged. Note: If the power bank is completely drained, the display will turn off. Wait a few minutes after starting the charge for the display to reactivate.

Display Screen Status

The OLED display provides real-time feedback on the power bank's status, including:

Common problems

Device is not charging wirelessly

Display screen is off
