Hardware and Parts
Before starting, verify all parts and hardware are present. The hardware includes cam bolts, cam locks, dowels, screws, hinges, handles, and foot caps. The parts include the cabinet top, bottom, sides, back panels, shelf, doors, and base frame components.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Preparation
Insert cam bolts into the cabinet top, left side, and right side. Attach hinges to the left and right doors using the provided screws.
Step 2: Main Frame Assembly
Attach the shelf to the left and right sides using dowels and cam locks. Turn cam locks halfway to secure. Insert dowels into the top of the side panels.
Step 3: Back Panels and Top
Slide the back panels into the grooves on the side panels and shelf. Attach the cabinet top to the side panels and tighten all cam locks fully.
Step 4: Bottom and Base
Attach the cabinet bottom to the side panels using dowels and screws. Assemble the base frame using connectors and bolts, then attach the base frame to the cabinet bottom. Screw in the foot caps and adjust for level.
Step 5: Doors and Handles
Attach the doors to the cabinet using the hinges and screws. Use the adjustment screws on the hinges to align the doors properly. Finally, attach the handles to the doors.
