Safety instructions

- Download the Black Decker SMARTECH application.
- Follow in-app instructions to create an account.
- Ensure device Bluetooth is on, go to the My Tools screen in the app, and press the + symbol to add the battery.
- Press the USB on/off button on the battery for 3 seconds until it beeps to activate pairing.
- Confirm pairing and registration in the app.
USB power ports
The battery includes a USB Type A port delivering 1 amp of current. To use it, ensure the battery is charged, insert a USB plug into the port, and press the USB button or activate it via the SMARTECH app.
Recycling
