This manual provides instructions for the Bosch Aquatak 110, 110 Plus, and 115 Plus pressure washers. Before use, ensure the unit is on level ground and connected to a water supply using a system separator. Always check the mains voltage against the rating plate and use an RCD (Residual Current Device) for electrical safety.

Safety Notes
- Never direct the water jet at people, animals, the unit, or electric components.
- Do not use the unit if the power cable or high-pressure hose is damaged.
- Always switch off and unplug the machine before cleaning, maintenance, or replacing components.
- Do not use solvent-containing liquids, undiluted acids, or solvents.
- Wear appropriate protective clothing and safety goggles if necessary.
Assembly
Water Connection: Screw the inlet connector onto the machine water inlet. Attach a water supply hose (not supplied) to the mains water supply and the machine.

High-Pressure Hose: Securely screw the high-pressure hose onto the machine connection. Insert the desired power lance into the power gun, depress, and turn 90 degrees clockwise to lock.
Operation
Starting: Connect to the mains, open the water tap, and press the safety lock to release the trigger. Fully press the trigger to clear air from the system, then press the main switch to turn the unit on.

Stopping: Release the trigger, lock the power gun, turn off the main switch, close the water tap, and unplug the machine. Press the trigger again to release any remaining water pressure.
Detergents: Use only Bosch-approved detergents. For Aquatak 110, attach the detergent nozzle to the spray gun. For 110 Plus/115 Plus, fill the detergent tank and adjust the lance to low-pressure mode to apply.
Maintenance
Regularly check for loose fixings or damaged components. To clean the strainer, remove the inlet connector and pull out the strainer using long-nose pliers. Rinse and replace if necessary. Never operate the machine without the strainer.
Troubleshooting
If the motor refuses to start, check the plug, fuse, and extension cable, or allow the motor to cool for 5 minutes. If pressure is pulsating, ensure the water supply is adequate, the strainer is clean, and the high-pressure hose is not kinked or too long.
