Quick Guide from the Manual

This high-pressure washer is designed for non-professional, domestic cleaning of vehicles, machines, and boats. Before use, ensure the water supply is clean and the electrical connection meets the specifications on the identification plate. Always wear appropriate protective gear, including safety goggles, gloves, and boots.

Safety Information

  • Electrical Safety: Ensure the power supply matches the identification plate. Use only approved outdoor extension cables. Do not touch the plug or socket with wet hands.
  • Water Safety: Do not direct the water jet at people, animals, electrical equipment, or the machine itself.
  • Operational Safety: Do not use the machine if the power cable or high-pressure hose is damaged. Do not use flammable or toxic liquids.
  • Protective Gear: Always wear protective clothing and safety equipment to prevent injury from high-pressure spray or flying debris.

Assembly

The unit is delivered partially assembled. Follow the steps in Figure 2 (Page 4) for assembly:

Assembly steps (Fig 2)
Assembly steps (Fig 2)
  1. Attach the handle (C3) and wheels (C14).
  2. Connect the high-pressure hose (B5) to the machine and the spray gun (B3).
  3. Attach the lance (B2) to the spray gun.
  4. Connect the water supply hose to the water inlet (INLET) using the filter (L).

Operation

Starting the machine:

  1. Open the water supply tap fully.
  2. Release the safety catch (D) on the spray gun.
  3. Press the spray gun trigger for a few seconds to bleed air from the system.
  4. Turn the switch (H) to the ON (I) position.

Using Detergent:

Use the detergent kit (C13) as shown in Figure 3 (Page 5). Ensure the detergent is biodegradable and compatible with the machine. Do not allow the detergent to dry on the surface being cleaned.

Maintenance and Storage

  • Nozzle Cleaning: If the nozzle is clogged, use the provided tool (C1) to clean it.
  • Filter Cleaning: Check and clean the water inlet filter (L) before every use.
  • Storage: Before winter storage, run the machine with non-corrosive, non-toxic antifreeze. Store in a dry, frost-free location.

Troubleshooting

If the machine fails to operate, check the following:

  • Pump not reaching pressure: Check for a clogged filter, air in the system, or a worn nozzle.
  • Motor hums but does not start: Check voltage, extension cable specifications, or contact a service center if the TSS device is faulty.
  • Water leaks: Check seals and contact a service center if necessary.

Practical help

Common problems

Pump does not reach working pressure

Clean the water filter (L), check for air in the pump, or replace a worn nozzle.

Motor hums but does not start

Check if the voltage matches the label, verify extension cable suitability, or contact a service center.

Detergent not drawing

Dilute the detergent if it is too thick or clear obstructions in the detergent circuit.

Water leaks

Seals may be worn; contact an authorized service center for replacement.

Before use

  • Ensure the water supply is clean and the tap is fully open.
  • Check that the water inlet filter (L) is clean.
  • Verify that the electrical voltage matches the identification plate.
  • Inspect the high-pressure hose and power cable for damage.
  • Ensure the spray gun safety catch (D) is engaged before starting.
  • Check that all fittings are securely tightened.

Specs in practice

Max Pressure
MPX 14E: 11 MPa; MPX 16E: 12.5 MPa. Determines cleaning power.
