Safety Warnings
- Fall Hazard: Never leave the child unattended. Always use the restraint system and adjust it to fit snugly. Stop using the restraint system once the child can stand up or climb out.
- Weight Limit: Never place a child over 40 lb (18 kg) in the product.
- Usage Limits: The reclined position is for children who cannot sit upright unassisted (up to 20 lb/9 kg). Stop using the reclined position when the baby starts trying to sit up. The upright position is only for children with sufficient upper body control.
- Suffocation Hazard: Never use on soft surfaces like beds, sofas, or cushions. This product is not for sleep; if the baby falls asleep, move them to a firm, flat surface like a crib.
- General: Never move or lift the product with the baby inside. Never use the toy bar as a handle. Always use on the floor, never on elevated surfaces.
Assembly
The product consists of a metal frame, seat pad, and toy bar. Follow the numbered steps in the manual to connect the frame sides, rear cross bar, backrest tube, and footrest unit using the provided screws. Ensure all parts are securely clicked into place before use.
Battery Installation
The vibration unit requires one C/LR14 (1.5V) alkaline battery (not included). Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment on the footrest unit. Ensure correct polarity as marked. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types. Remove batteries before long-term storage.
Operation
Use the restraint system to secure the child. The recline function can be adjusted by following the specific steps in the manual. The vibration feature is controlled by the on/off button located on the footrest unit.
Care and Cleaning
- Seat Pad: Remove from frame. Fasten all buckles and hook-and-loop patches. Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat.
- Toy Bar and Toys: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water.
- Frame: Wipe with a soft, clean cloth and mild soap.
