Product Overview
The Bushnell Legend Ultra HD 10x 42mm monocular is a high-performance optical instrument designed for clarity and durability. It features ED Prime Extra-Low Dispersion glass to minimize chromatic aberration, PC-3 phase-coated prisms for enhanced resolution, and Ultra Wide Band Coating to optimize light transmission. The unit is waterproof and fogproof, utilizing O-ring seals and dry nitrogen purging to prevent internal moisture buildup.

Setup and Adjustment
The monocular is equipped with a twist-up eyecup for user comfort and to block extraneous light. For users without eyeglasses, rotate the eyecup counter-clockwise until it locks into the fully up position. If you wear glasses, keep the eyecup in the down position to ensure the full field of view. The eyecup can also be set to intermediate positions if preferred.
To focus, use the center focus knob while looking at a distant object with fine detail until the image appears as sharp as possible. Once adjusted, the monocular is ready for use at various distances.
Safety and Care
Never look directly at the sun through the monocular, as this can cause serious eye damage. To ensure long-term performance, avoid sharp impacts and store the device in a cool, dry place. Always verify that the carrying strap is securely fastened before use.
Cleaning
To clean the lenses, first blow away dust or debris, or use a soft lens brush. Use the provided microfiber cloth in a circular motion to remove fingerprints or dirt. For thorough cleaning, use photographic lens tissue with a small amount of lens cleaning fluid or isopropyl alcohol applied to the cloth, never directly to the lens surface.
Tactical Features
The monocular includes a Picatinny rail, allowing for the attachment of various lights and tactical sights. Certain models (191144) feature a mil-hash reticle for range estimation and target tracking.
