- Maintenance: Do not modify the appliance. Repairs must be performed by qualified professionals.
Installation
The installation must be carried out by a qualified technician. Ensure the gas and electricity supply are shut off before starting. Maintain minimum clearances from combustible surfaces as specified in the manual. Ensure the worktop is solid and level. Use the provided sealing gasket before installing the hob into the worktop.

Operation
To ignite a burner, press the control knob, turn it to the left while holding it down, and keep it pressed for approximately 3-4 seconds to activate the safety system (thermocouple). If the flame does not ignite after 15 seconds, turn off the burner, open a window, and wait at least one minute before trying again.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the burner and its cap at least once a month. Use a soft cloth or non-abrasive scouring pad. Do not use metallic scouring pads or acidic cleaners. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling. Do not rinse burners directly with water.
Troubleshooting
If the burner does not ignite, check the gas supply and ensure all parts are correctly positioned. If the flame is irregular, the gas power setting may be incorrect. If the hob makes noise, ensure the burner cap is fitted correctly. For any persistent issues, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service.
