Safety instructions
- Do not use with hot food.
- Do not immerse the motor unit, cable, or plug in water or any other liquid.
- Unplug the appliance when not in use, before assembling/disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
- Keep the appliance and cable out of reach of children.
- Do not operate the motor for more than 30-60 seconds at a time (depending on the accessory). Allow it to rest for 30 minutes after 5 consecutive cycles.
- Ensure the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the device rating label.
Parts and components
The appliance consists of the following main parts:

- Hand blender: Motor unit with normal and turbo speed buttons, and the blending arm.
- Blender jug: For mixing liquids and soft ingredients.
- Chopper: Includes a coupling unit, blade unit, and container.
- Balloon whisk: Includes a coupling unit and the whisk attachment.
Operation
Using the hand blender
- Attach the blending arm to the motor unit.
- Immerse the blending arm completely into the ingredients.
- Press the Normal or Turbo speed button to start.
- Move the blender slowly up and down and in circles to mix.
Using the balloon whisk
- Attach the whisk to the coupling unit, then attach the coupling to the motor unit.
- Place ingredients in a large, deep bowl.
- Immerse the whisk completely and start at normal speed to avoid splashes.
Using the chopper
- Insert the blade unit into the chopper container.
- Add ingredients to the container.
- Place the chopper coupling on the container and attach the motor unit, turning until it locks.
- Press the speed button to operate.
Cleaning and maintenance
Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Blades: Handle with extreme care as they are very sharp.
- Cleaning the blending shaft: Place 300 ml of lukewarm water with a little dish soap in the blender jug. Insert the blending shaft and run in turbo mode for 10-second intervals. Empty and repeat with clean water to rinse.
- General cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth for the exterior. Do not use abrasive sponges or powders.
- Discoloration: Plastic parts may discolor after processing colored food; clean with vegetable oil before washing.

Common problems
The appliance has a duty cycle. Let it rest for 30 minutes after 5 cycles (blender/whisk) or 3 cycles (chopper).
Add a little liquid or use a spatula to scrape them down.
