The Cecotec Power Neutron 1100MAX is a versatile hand blender designed for mixing, chopping, and whisking. This manual covers the standard model and the "Cream&Crush" version, which includes additional accessories. Always ensure the device is unplugged before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.

Safety instructions

• Do not use the hand blender with hot food.
• Keep the appliance and its power cable out of the reach of children.
• Do not immerse the motor unit, cable, or plug in water or any other liquid.
• Ensure your hands are completely dry before touching the plug or switching on the device.
• Do not use the product outdoors, near gas or electric plates, or inside an oven.
• Unplug the appliance when not in use, before changing accessories, or before cleaning.
• The blades are very sharp; handle them with extreme care.

Operation

Using the blender

1. Insert the blending arm into the motor unit and turn it clockwise to lock it.
2. Plug the device into a power outlet.
3. Press the high or low speed button to start. When using the low speed button, you can adjust the speed using the speed knob.
4. Immerse the blade protection completely into the ingredients to avoid splashing.
5. Move the appliance slowly in circles and up and down to mix.

Using the chopper (Cream&Crush only)

1. Place the blade unit into the chopper bowl.
2. Add ingredients (solid pieces should not exceed 2 cm).
3. Place the chopper coupling on the container.
4. Attach the motor unit to the chopper container.
5. Press the speed button to operate.

Using the balloon whisk (Cream&Crush only)

1. Insert the whisk into the coupling system.
2. Connect the coupling system to the motor unit.
3. Press the low speed button to start, then switch to high speed after 30 seconds to avoid splashing.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Unplug the device and remove all accessories before cleaning.
• Clean the motor unit and coupling systems with a damp cloth; do not immerse them in water.
• Other accessories (blending arm, chopper bowl, whisk, measuring cup) can be washed in the dishwasher or manually.
• If food is stuck, add a drop of dish soap to the measuring cup with water, immerse the blades/whisk, and run the device for 10 seconds. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
