Product Description
The 175PZ is a specialized lubricant designed for use in commercial compressor systems. It is a liquid substance, colorless to yellow in appearance, with a characteristic odor. It is formulated to ensure optimal performance and longevity of compressor components.
Safety and Hazards
The product is classified as harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects (H412). It contains Tris(methylphenyl) phosphate, which is categorized as toxic to aquatic organisms and potentially harmful to fertility or the unborn child. Users must avoid release into the environment and ensure proper disposal of contents and containers in accordance with local regulations.
First Aid Measures
- General: If feeling unwell, seek medical attention and provide this safety information.
- Inhalation: Move the person to fresh air and keep in a position comfortable for breathing.
- Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing immediately and wash thoroughly with soap and water.
- Eye Contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do.
- Ingestion: Rinse mouth. Drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting.

In case of fire, use carbon dioxide, extinguishing powder, or water spray. For significant fires, use alcohol-resistant foam. Wear self-contained breathing apparatus. In the event of a spill, use inert absorbent materials like sand or diatomaceous earth to contain the liquid. Prevent entry into sewers or water courses.
Disposal and Environmental Impact
Dispose of waste in accordance with local and national regulations. Do not discharge into drains. The product is not classified as PBT or vPvB, but its aquatic toxicity requires careful handling to prevent environmental contamination.
