Cleaning Procedures
The cleaning process follows a foam-based method. Perform the following steps daily or as required:

- Preparation: Remove the curtain from the system and clear away food and product residues.
- Removal of coarse dirt: Use a puller or a soft, lint-free cloth (paper or microfiber) to collect residues. Dispose of waste properly.
- Rinse: Rinse with water at 50–60°C and approx. 5 bar pressure. Flush from top to bottom towards the drain.
- Lathering: Apply recommended cleaning agent (3–5% concentration) at 50–60°C and approx. 5 bar. Allow to act for 20 minutes. Foam systematically from bottom to top.
- Rinsing: Rinse with water at 50–60°C and approx. 5 bar. Wipe off dissolved residues with a soft, lint-free cloth without rubbing. Rinse again with clear water.
- Checking: Inspect the curtain for cleanliness. Repeat if necessary.
- Disinfection: Apply disinfectant (1–3% concentration) at approx. 5 bar. Allow to act for 10–20 minutes. Ensure complete wetting from top to bottom.
- Final Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly with water at 50–60°C and 5 bar. Ensure no visible residue of cleaning agents remains.
