This document provides essential operating instructions for the Essentials 1200W hair dryer. It is intended for indoor household use only. Always ensure the voltage in your home matches the rating on the appliance. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified professional to avoid electrical hazards.

Know your hair dryer

The hair dryer consists of the following components:

• Concentrator nozzle
• Removable rear air cover
• Speed/heat setting switch (0/1/2)
• Handle
• Hanging-up loop

Using your hair dryer

Before first use, remove all packaging and adhesive labels. A slight odor may occur during the first operation; this is normal as the heating element settles.

1. After washing your hair, towel dry to remove excess moisture.
2. Plug the unit into a power outlet.
3. Select the desired speed/heat setting: 0 (off), 1 (low speed/medium heat), or 2 (high speed/maximal heat).
4. Use the concentrator for targeted drying and styling.
5. Keep the dryer at least 3cm away from your hair during use.
6. Always turn the switch to 0 and unplug the unit after use.

Safety and overheating protection

The appliance is equipped with a thermal cut-off feature. If the air intake or outlet is blocked and the unit overheats, it will automatically turn off. Turn the switch to 0, allow the unit to cool down, and it will reset automatically.

Care and cleaning

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning. Never immerse the unit in water.

• Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• To clean the rear cover: turn it anti-clockwise to remove, clean with a brush, and re-install by turning clockwise until it clicks.
• The concentrator can be washed in warm water with neutral detergent; ensure it is completely dry before re-attaching.
• Do not use abrasive detergents or solvents.
