The kit is engineered to retain the same piston diameter and area as the original equipment to ensure a proper and balanced bias ratio from front to rear.
Kit contents
The kit includes the following components:
- 1x RH mechanical E-brake Caliper
- 1x LH mechanical E-brake Caliper
- 2x Hydro calipers
- 2x Caliper brackets
- 1x Mounting screws
- 1x E-brake cable modification kit
- 1x Set of pads for Hydro calipers
- 1x Set of centering shims for Mechanical caliper
- 2x Stainless steel hose assemblies with 90-degree fittings
- 1x Loctite / Permatex blue
Installation and compatibility notes
Important conversion requirements: If you are converting your vehicle from a drum brake setup, you must change the stub axles to the disc type. The rear disc required for this setup is part number 6N0 615 601, which can be purchased at your local auto parts store.
Optional parts available for this kit include rear disc stub axles (LH & RH), brake cables, and bearing kits.
