This document provides safety and care instructions for the GE Appliances LED 450 Lights (Models 23136LO and 23139LO). These lights are designed for indoor use only and are not intended for permanent installation.

Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, burns, personal injury, and electric shock, follow these precautions:

• Do not use seasonal products outdoors unless marked suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
• Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplaces, candles, or other similar sources of heat.
• Do not secure the wiring with staples or nails, or place on sharp hooks or nails.
• Do not let lamps rest on the supply cord or on any wire.
• Unplug the product when leaving the house, when retiring for the night, or if left unattended.
• Do not hang ornaments or other objects from the cord, wire, or light string.
• Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords to avoid damaging wire insulation.
• Do not cover the product with cloth, paper, or any material not part of the product when in use.
• This is an electric product, not a toy. Keep out of reach of small children.

Use and Care

If placing the product on a live tree:

• Ensure the tree is well-maintained and fresh.
• Do not use on trees where needles are brown or break off easily.
• Keep the tree holder filled with water.
• Ensure the tree is well-secured and stable.

Inspection and Storage:

• Before using or reusing, inspect the product carefully. Discard any product that has cut, damaged, or frayed wire insulation, cracks in lampholders/enclosures, loose connections, or exposed copper wire.
• When storing, remove carefully from trees or bushes to avoid strain on conductors and connections.
• Store in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight when not in use.
