The Genesis Seaborg 350 is a multi-platform steering wheel compatible with PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Switch. This guide provides essential steps for hardware installation, button configuration, and sensitivity adjustments. Note that for console usage, connecting an original controller to the steering wheel is often required for authentication.
Installation
Follow these steps to connect your steering wheel:
- PC: Connect the pedal unit to the steering wheel base. Connect the steering wheel USB cable to a free USB port on your computer. Driver installation is optional. You can switch between X-Input and D-Input modes by holding the HOME button for 3 seconds.
- PS3: Connect the steering wheel USB cable to a free USB port on the console. Turn on the console. The wheel will configure automatically; the MODE LED will light up steadily when ready.
- PS4: Connect the steering wheel USB cable to the console. Turn on the console. Connect the steering wheel to a PS4 controller using a USB cable. The controller must be turned off. This connection is mandatory for the wheel to function.
- Xbox One / 360: Connect the steering wheel USB cable to the console. Turn on the console. Connect the steering wheel to an Xbox controller using a USB cable. The controller must be turned off. This connection is mandatory. For Xbox 360, a wired controller is required.
Button Mapping
The steering wheel features various buttons that map differently depending on the platform. Refer to the button map table to understand how the wheel inputs correspond to standard controller inputs (A, B, X, Y, RB, LB, RT, LT, etc.) for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox, and Switch.
Advanced Settings
Sensitivity Adjustment
To adjust the steering sensitivity:
- Press and hold the SHARE and OPTION buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
- When the green LED in the center lights up, release the buttons.
- Press SHARE again to view the current sensitivity level.
- Cycle through the 3 levels by pressing SHARE: slow blink (low), medium blink (medium), fast blink (high).
- Press D-PAD UP to confirm your selection.
Programming Buttons
You can reassign functions to buttons:
- Press and hold SHARE and OPTION for 3 seconds.
- Release when the green LED lights up.
- Press the desired FUNCTION button (the one you want to assign a new function to). The green LED will start blinking.
- Press the desired BASE button (the one whose function you want to copy). The green LED will turn off.
Resetting Settings
- Clear single button: Press SHARE and OPTION for 3 seconds. Press the programmed button once, then press it again after the LED starts blinking.
- Clear all buttons: Press SHARE and OPTION for 3 seconds. Press and hold OPTION for 4 seconds until the LED turns off.
Safety and Maintenance
Use the device only for its intended purpose. Avoid exposing the wheel to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or strong magnetic fields. Do not drop or shake the device. Keep ventilation openings clear to prevent overheating. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

Ensure the original controller is connected to the steering wheel via USB and that the controller is turned off.
Use the sensitivity adjustment procedure (Share + Option buttons) to cycle through the 3 available sensitivity levels.
