Quick guide from the manual
This document provides essential installation instructions and warranty terms for the GIGABYTE Desktop Memory Module (32 GB Kit DDR5 6000 MHz). Always turn off your computer and disconnect the power cord before handling internal components. Ensure you discharge static electricity by touching a grounded metal object before touching the DRAM module or motherboard.
Installation
- Ensure memory slots are accessible; if all slots are occupied, remove lower-density modules to install new ones.
- For optimal performance and stability, install memory modules with identical density and data rate.
- Open the retaining clips on the DIMM slot before attempting to insert or remove a module.
- Align the module notch with the slot key, then press firmly until fully inserted. The retaining clips should automatically snap into the closed position.
- Verify the module is securely seated before turning on the computer.
