This manual provides assembly instructions for the Gymax 2-Piece Rattan Armless Sofa Set. Please note the following requirements before starting:

• Workspace: Ensure you have a spacious area of at least 2m x 2m.
• Personnel: Assembly requires 2 adults.
• Tools: Do not use power tools, as they may scratch or damage the parts. Use the included Allen key.

Parts List

Before beginning, ensure all parts are present:

• A: Base (2 pcs)
• B: Side Panels (4 pcs)
• C: Back/Seat Frame (2 pcs)
• D: Seat Cushion (2 pcs)
• P: Back Cushion (2 pcs)
• Hardware: M6x40mm bolts (1), M6x30mm bolts (2), Washers (3), Feet (4), Allen key (5).

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble each sofa unit:

Step 1

Attach the side panels (B) to the back/seat frame (C) using the appropriate bolts.

Step 2

Secure the panels together using the bolts and washers provided. Ensure all connections are tightened to 50% initially to allow for alignment.

Step 3

Attach the base (A) to the assembled frame structure.

Step 4

Attach the feet (4) to the bottom of the unit using the M6x30mm bolts (2).

Step 5

Once the frame is fully assembled and tightened to 100%, place the seat cushion (D) and back cushion (P) onto the sofa.
