Assembly Instructions for Sunsky 2-Seater Modular Sofa

This document provides assembly instructions for Sunsky modular sofa components, including the 2-Seater with arms (AB) and the Armless 2-Seater with pull-out bed (2A). Please read all instructions before beginning assembly.

Important Warning: Do not use power tools for assembly. Power tools increase the risk of over-tightening, which can lead to splitting or cracking the wood.

Assembly Instructions

Hardware and Parts

Before starting, unpack all components and verify them against the provided parts list. Hardware is typically stored within the sofa boxes. Ensure you have a clear, flat area for assembly.

Assembly Steps

The assembly process involves attaching legs, casters, and back panels to the seat bases. Use the provided Allen wrench for all bolt connections. Ensure all washers and gaskets are placed correctly as shown in the diagrams for each specific model (AB or 2A).

Sectional Configurations

The manual illustrates how to combine different modules (AB, 2A, VC) to create various sectional setups. Follow the diagrams on pages 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11 to align the modules according to your desired layout (Option A or Option B).

Care Instructions for Boucle Furniture

To maintain the appearance of your furniture, follow these care procedures:

• Sunlight and Heat: Avoid exposing the furniture directly to sunlight, heating, or air conditioning outlets, as this will fade or damage the Boucle fabric.
• Cleaning: Vacuum or wipe with a soft cloth to remove dust.
• Maintenance: Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check all connections and re-tighten if necessary.
• Floor Protection: For use on wooden floors, hard surfaces, or carpets, it is recommended to install protective pads under all legs and supports to prevent damage, scratches, and discoloration.
