Safety Information
Important: Wear gloves during installation to prevent crushing and cutting injuries. The product must only be used for bathing and hygiene purposes. Children and adults with physical, mental, or sensory impairments must not use the product without supervision. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited from using the system. Large pressure differences between hot and cold water supplies must be balanced.
Installation and Setup
Before installation, inspect the product for transport damage. Ensure pipes and fittings are installed, flushed, and tested according to applicable standards. The thermostat includes a Safety Function, allowing for a pre-set maximum temperature (e.g., 42°C) to prevent scalding. After installation, verify the output temperature at the point of use and adjust if necessary.

Maintenance and Care
To ensure smooth operation, the thermostat should be turned from maximum hot to maximum cold periodically. Check valves must be inspected regularly (at least once a year) according to EN 806-5 or national regulations. Do not use silicone containing acetic acid for cleaning or sealing.
Troubleshooting
- Insufficient water: Check supply pressure, clean filters in front of the thermostat and on the regulator, and clean the shower filter seal.
- Crossflow: If hot water is forced into the cold water pipe or vice versa, clean or replace the backflow preventers.
- Temperature issues: Adjust the thermostat if the output temperature does not match the setting. If temperature regulation is impossible, the thermo cartridge may be calcified and require replacement.
- Stiff valves or dripping: If the Select shut-off valve is damaged, it must be replaced.
