Operation
To operate, ensure the battery is fully charged and securely inserted. Use the gear selector switch to choose between four speed settings (only when the motor is at a standstill). The forward/reverse switch includes a switch-on interlock in the middle position. Speed is controlled steplessly via the control switch.
Battery Management
The tool uses Hilti Nuron Li-ion batteries (B 22 series). Battery status, charge level, and fault messages can be checked by pressing the release button on the battery. If the battery is too hot to touch, it may be defective; allow it to cool in a non-flammable area.
Maintenance
Always remove the battery before performing any care or maintenance. Clean the housing with a slightly damp cloth and keep air vents free of debris using a dry, soft brush. Do not use silicone-based cleaning agents. Repairs to electrical components must be performed only by trained electrical specialists using original Hilti spare parts.
Troubleshooting
If the tool fails to operate, ensure the battery is fully inserted. If the control switch is locked, check the forward/reverse switch position. For persistent issues, such as overheating or battery faults, contact Hilti Service.
