Quick guide from the manual

This document provides essential information for the Husqvarna LC 137i rotary lawn mower. It is intended for pedestrian-controlled grass cutting. Always read the full operator's manual before use to ensure safe operation.

Assembly

Before assembly, ensure the safety key is set to 0 and the battery is removed. Align the handlebar holes with the lower handle, attach screws, cable clips, and knobs, and tighten fully. Adjust the handle height by loosening the lower knobs and selecting one of the two available height positions. Assemble the grass catcher by attaching the frame to the bag, ensuring the rigid part is at the bottom, and secure it to the chassis.

Operation

To start, open the battery lid, insert a charged battery, and turn the safety key to position 1. Stay behind the product, loosen the start inhibitor, and push the motor brake handle toward the handlebar. Use the SavE™ function for longer battery life by pressing the button to position 1. The motor automatically increases RPM for high-load conditions like long or wet grass.

Maintenance

Perform a general inspection before each use, ensuring all nuts and screws are tight. Clean the product using a brush to remove grass and dirt; do not use water. Regularly examine the cutting equipment for damage or bluntness. If the blade hits an obstacle, stop the motor, remove the battery, and inspect for damage. Blade replacement requires locking the blade with a wooden block and tightening the bolt to 23–28 Nm.

Troubleshooting

If the error LED flashes, check the battery or motor status. For example, 5 flashes indicate a blocked blade; 10 flashes indicate the motor control is too hot. Always turn the safety key to 0 and remove the battery before attempting to clear obstacles or perform repairs.

Safety

Keep bystanders and animals at a safe distance. Do not operate in rain or wet conditions. Always remove the safety key before maintenance. The product generates an electromagnetic field that may interfere with medical implants.
