Assembly

To assemble the handle: Attach the handle using the provided screws, washers, and knobs. Ensure cable tension is not too high. To adjust handle height: Loosen the lower knobs, remove the hardware, and reposition the handle to one of the two available heights.

Operation

Before operation: Ensure the ignition cable is connected, the fuel tank is filled with unleaded gasoline (min. 91 RON), and the oil level is checked. Starting the engine: Hold the engine brake handle against the handlebar, pull the starter rope slowly until resistance is felt, then pull with force. To stop: Release the engine brake handle to stop the engine, or release the drive bail to stop the wheel drive.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is crucial for safety and performance. Key tasks include:

• Daily: General inspection, check oil level, clean the product, examine cutting equipment.
• Monthly: Examine muffler, clean air filter, clean cooling fins.
• Each season: Replace oil, replace air filter, examine fuel system, adjust clutch wire (LC 140SP).

Troubleshooting

If the engine does not start, check if the ignition cable is connected, the fuel tank is empty, or if the fuel is old. If the engine runs unevenly, check the air filter, fuel system, or carburetor settings.
