Safety

Warning: This product can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Only trained, healthy, and rested professionals should operate the device. Always avoid ignition sources, protect the unit from frost and ammonia, and never leave the device under pressure when not in use or during transport. The safety valve must never be bypassed or made inoperative.

Operation

To prepare the tank, ensure it is in an upright position. Depressurize the tank by pulling up the red piston pressure gauge. Unscrew the pump, fill the tank with liquid (up to 10 liters), and screw the pump back in. Use the hand pump to build pressure, monitoring the gauge to ensure it does not exceed 3 bar. Connect the hose to your equipment using the plug-in coupling and regulate the flow using the ball valve on your tool.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential for safe operation. After 50 uses or at least once a year, dismantle the pump to grease the O-ring and diaphragm. Clean the discharge filter under running water regularly. If the device fails to build pressure, check that the pump is screwed on tightly and inspect the O-ring and diaphragm for defects.

Practical help

Common problems

No pressure builds up in the device

Ensure the pump is screwed on tightly. If the issue persists, check the O-ring and diaphragm for damage and replace if necessary.

Liquid flows out of the pump

Clean or replace the valve disc.

No pressure indication on the gauge or safety valve blows off too early

The piston pressure gauge is likely defective and needs to be replaced.

Before use

  • Visually inspect the tank, pump, hose, and pressure gauge for damage.
  • Check all connections between the tank, hose, and plug-in coupling.
  • Ensure the pump thread is in good condition.
  • Verify the device is in an upright position.
  • Ensure the water line or hose does not project into the tank during filling.
