This appliance is a 10kg washer and dryer. Before first use, ensure all transport bolts are removed and the machine is leveled. Run a Drum Clean cycle without laundry to ensure the system is clean. Always check garment care labels before washing and ensure the water supply is connected correctly.

Safety Instructions

General Safety: This appliance is for household use only. Children aged 8 and above may use it under supervision. Do not store flammable substances inside. Ensure the appliance is installed on a level, stable surface.

Electrical Safety: The appliance must be earthed. Do not use extension leads or multi-sockets. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified technician.

Installation

Unpacking: Remove all packaging. Do not tip the appliance onto its front. Check for damage and ensure all items are present.

Transport Bolts: These must be removed before use to prevent damage. Keep them for future transportation. Reinstall them if moving the appliance again.

Levelling: Place on a firm, level surface. Adjust the feet to ensure the appliance does not wobble and tighten the locknuts.

Water Connection: Connect the inlet hose to a cold water tap and the appliance inlet valve. Ensure water pressure is between 0.03–1.0 MPa.

Drainage: The drain hose must be installed at a height between 60 cm and 100 cm. Ensure it is not blocked or kinked.

Description of the Appliance

The control panel features a cycle selector knob, temperature button, spin speed button, drying button, steam button, delay end button, one touch button, and start/pause button. The digital display shows remaining time, fault codes, and active settings.

How to use the Appliance

Preparing Laundry: Empty pockets of loose items. Sort laundry by fabric type, color, and soiling level. Use a laundry bag for delicate items.

Adding Detergent: Pull out the detergent drawer. Compartment 1 is for powder detergent, Compartment 2 for liquid detergent, and Compartment 3 for fabric softener.

Starting a Cycle: Turn the selector knob to the desired program. Adjust temperature and spin speed if needed. Press Start/Pause to begin.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning: Always unplug before cleaning. Do not use high-pressure sprays. Clean the detergent drawer under running water if residue builds up.

Inlet Filters: Turn off the water supply, unscrew the hose, and clean the mesh filter with a soft brush.

Drain Pump: If the appliance does not drain, open the service cover, drain water into a container, and clear debris from the pump.

Troubleshooting

If the machine fails to work, check the following:

• Machine does not start: Check if the door is closed properly, the power button is pressed, or if a delay end function is set.
• Machine leaks: Check water inlet hose connections or drain hose.
• Machine vibrates: Ensure transport bolts are removed and the machine is level.
• Door cannot be opened: Check if the water level or temperature is too high, or if the child lock is active.
